The Crucible Coach
Is Life Kicking Your Ass? I Can Help!
I guide leaders how to turn career breakdowns into personal breakthroughs, so they can transform painful circumstances into transformative opportunities. In the crucible, pain and disappointment temper our wisdom and hidden strengths so we can rebuild our Focus, Self-assurance, Reputation and Momentum.
Being In The Crucible
In times of personal crisis, you may find yourself feeling as though you are in a crucible — a situation of intense heat and pressure that tests your inner strength and resilience.
Just as metals are melted down and purified in a crucible, facing a personal crisis can lead to a process of self-examination and transformation. The experience can be challenging and uncomfortable, but it has the potential to refine and strengthen one's character. Like a crucible, a personal crisis can be a pivotal moment that shapes an individual's outlook, values, and future path.
When life puts you in the Crucible, you lose their ability to operate or engage. You can’t focus, you can hardly speak – it’s like you’ve landed in another dimension.
That’s where I come in.
See For Yourself at No Cost
I’m so certain that I can help you that I’m willing to put my money where my mouth is.
Your very own no cost, no obligation initial session is just a few clicks away:

to the best things that will ever happen to us”

Crucible Coaching
Transforming the worst time in your life into the ultimate learning experience.
I guide people through the painful territory of re-awakening. I help them recognize what life now demands of them – and why. They may want to avoid the pain and confusion, but they’ll take heart when they see how important the crucible journey really is.
But this journey is hardest for leaders – they have teams who depend on them; they feel an urgent responsibility to shake off the pain and get back to work. They know they are needed. But they shouldn’t sell themselves short (or their teams) – by avoiding this crucial reckoning.
I’m a former executive, operations manager & sales leader who, when my life fell apart, discovered a profound gift in all the pain.
Now I coach people through their Crucible moments so they can build a more purposeful, productive, meaningful life.
When my life fell apart, I felt devastated and alone. However, through volunteering, I discovered how fortunate I was. Now I guide people through the Crucible of setbacks and disasters so they can discover the gifts that setbacks can generate.
Coaching, not therapy
I connect with my clients from a shared experience, and combine that with my own leadership experience – an understanding of the demands of the role and the need to be present under circumstances that make presence premature (until you can regather your self together in a new and profoundly different way).
“Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.”
